Mr. Josie Charles is the Chief Executive Officer of Tradewinz Management Group. He is responsible for ensuring that Tradewinz fulfills its mandate to provide responsible management to all entities under his watch. In addition, he is responsible for facilitating legal decisions and steering the long-term direction of all subsidiaries under the Tradewinz umbrella.

Having migrated to the United States of America with his family in the mid-1980s where he quickly developed a patriotic duty to serve and as a result enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a construction electrician (Seabee). Following a distinguished five-year career in the U.S. Military, he started his academic journey as an Electrical Engineering candidate and later changed his major to Architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Josie Charles applies several valuable leadership and technical qualities he developed during his time in the military to his everyday corporate life and business activities. 

Presently, he owns and operates businesses in the USA, UK and Africa. Mr. Charles provides expert construction solutions, investment and financial advisory services across many sectors, and passionately leads a Non-profit Organization geared toward increasing opportunities in low-income communities, while still developing projects for himself and his partners.
